We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

1.3 Refunds for Non-Custom Items:
For non-customized items, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exchanges:
