• In case any of the products are out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. You will have the option to either cancel the order or proceed with a backorder.
• If you choose to proceed with a backorder, we will inform you of the estimated restocking date.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order is accepted, we will begin processing it for shipment.
• We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your products.
• Please note that custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time. We will communicate any such delays via email.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. However, please note that some of our products are custom-made or made-to-order and, therefore, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
