• If you choose to proceed with a backorder, we will inform you of the estimated restocking date.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. However, please note that some of our products are custom-made or made-to-order and, therefore, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
